The Panoptics, performing from 5 to 8 p.m.. are a group of Wauwatosa natives who have been performing at school events and street festivals around the Milwaukee area for the past four years. Their style is modern folk/electric rock, and their genres cover everything from psychedelic rock to hip-hop/R&B.
