The Grand Hall

Looking for a unique place to host family parties, showers, graduations, business meetings, rehearsal dinners and neighborhood gatherings? Our Grand Hall is available year-round. This wonderful historic building offers a beautiful fireplace, a park setting, accessible facilities and plenty of parking. Rates start at $300 for a three-hour rental. Rental includes tables and chairs, and the hall is air-conditioned in the summer.  The Grand Hall is available Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8am to midnight. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8am – 2pm. Additional times available during the summer season (May – October).

TOSA Pool Facility Rental

Host your private party, company outing or family gathering at the TOSA Pool. Pool rental includes private rental of the pool area and admissions for up to 600 guests. You may complete your event with food from our concession stand, use the caterer of your choice or provide your own food and non-alcoholic beverage. Available select Saturday evenings from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and select Monday evenings in August from 6:45 PM – 8:45 PM. You can also add on the inflatable obstacle course for an additional fee. Rental dates are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Rentals for 2026 open 9:00am on Thursday, December 4th! 

Splash Birthday Parties

Host a party your child will never forget! TOSA Pool will help you celebrate your special day with a private shade rental, meal choice and admission for your guests. You may provide your own cake. No latex balloons please. Parties are available during open swim sessions.

Shade Rentals

You’ll have it made-in-the shade when you reserve a Fun Shade or Super Shade for your party, gathering or meeting. Shades are located on the concession patio, and pool admission is required for all shade rental guests. Shades are available during open swim sessions.

Group Reservations at TOSA Pool

Planning a camp, daycare or youth center visit to TOSA Pool? Please contact us to arrange dates for your groups to come to the pool. We will supply your group with wristbands and a reserved shade area if we are at high capacity. Please note our supervision guidelines. The head lifeguard on duty will review pool rules with students and conduct any swim tests needed as well. Thank you for considering TOSA Pool at Hoyt Park for your summer field trips!

Beer Garden and Picnic Areas

All areas of The Landing at Hoyt Park are public, and all tables are shared. Groups are welcome to meet together and enjoy their event at The Landing. We generally do not take advance table or party reservations (with the exception of Mondays and Tuesdays from 3pm – 6pm).
