Wilma’s Smokehouse lands every Thursday at The Landing this summer.

Put together the city’s Best Backyard Pitmaster and a Country Cowboy Butcher and Wilma’s Smokehouse is born!

High quality meats, rubbed in their own blend of spices, smoked Low & Slow in a Southern Pride Smoker creating a tender, juicy style of ‘Que that is a notch above the rest.

Come check them out from 4pm – 9pm Thursdays from June 6 – August 29th. Then Friday’s September 6th – 27th.
